EMOTIONAL SUPPORT THROUGH CREATIVITY

Drawing and talking is a method of intervention that can be used with children to help with underlying emotional difficulties that may be affecting their learning and behavior.

ABOUT OUR DRAWING & TALKING SESSIONS

Drawing and Talking is a model that is PARAMOUNT on having consistency. The sessions can be delivered on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

 

Sessions are delivered in the same location at the same time, each week. Our sessions are delivered over a period of 12 weeks and last 30 minutes.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM DRAWING & TALKING?

Individuals;

  • Experiencing a transition (changing school, home).

  • Separation, bereavement/divorce.

  • Trauma/emotional difficulties anxiety/stress. 

  •  Withdrawn or continually unhappy

  • Finds it difficult to make friends/ doesn't play

  • Being bullied or bullying others

  • Displaying inappropriate behaviors

  • At risk of being/is excluded from school

  • Social Emotional Behavioral Disorders (S.E.B.D)

  • Special Educational Needs (S.E.N) and many more...
